Nutrition

Lifestyle and nutrition assessments to build healthy habits and support your training.

Monthly Nutrition Coaching
Includes an assessment of your current lifestyle, a review of your eating habits including likes, dislikes, and preferences, guidance on calorie intake, and monthly check-ins.

We’ll track your progress with weekly weigh-ins, progress pictures, and measurement check-ins.

All nutrition coaching programs can be accessed through my online coaching app, and will include sample recipes, and options to swap meals if you want to switch things up!

Bespoke plans designed to help you get the most out of your workouts and hit your goals!

Monthly Online Coaching
An initial phone consultation, a customised workout program with step-by-step guidance on exercises, video demos, and regular follow-ups.

Each plan is tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, accessibility to fitness equipment, medical conditions or injuries, and specific exercise needs.

 

I program every training plan in an easy-to-follow way, accessible via my coaching app, with detailed explanations and phone check-ins to keep you on track.
